Brad is simply awesome. He is so well organized and knowledgeable and such a good agent. He has the best team to work with from staging to electrician… he is very professional and has a great knowledge about real state which helped us to sell our house for top dollar. He is always on time, has excellent attention to deals which was so welcomed when it was time for paperwork. He was with us every step of way for selling our house to find a new home and I couldn’t be happier that I have selected him to be our agent . Brad is an excellent agent, and represents his company and the realty industry in the best possible ways. He is patient, tireless, works for his client and when the deal is there to be done he is efficient, personable and effective. Brad acted as my agent over a four year period and helped my spouse and I purchase the house we had been wanting. His network ensured he had a positive connection with the listing agent and he advised us well on the bid process including appropriate asking price and other sales details. We would definitely recommend Brad, and are sure he will continue to be successful. You will benefit from his expertise if you are fortunate enough to work with him.

I’m so happy that my colleague referred Brad for our new home. The early interaction with Brad was very straight forward and he quickly got a sense of what we were looking for. As being the first time home buyers, we were skeptical of the area and the debate between townhouse and a condo. This is where Brad did his magic whereby he explained us the nuances of each option and that helped us immensely. He is very knowledgeable with what’s hot and what’s not. After we were set on the criteria Brad proactively followed up with us, checked on the listings that might be of interest. It seemed he was more eager to find the right home than we were. When it came to requesting a viewing, he was able to make it happen at one go. Never did he reschedule nor did he cancel. I have to admit that we were late by a good few minutes for a couple of viewings and Brad was always there on time, waiting for us with a smiling face.
One of main reasons we liked Brad is that he was very patient with us. He never made us feel rushed.. never! He gave us time we needed and he was always cognisant of the fact that it was a huge decision for us as a first time home buyer. Once our offer was accepted, Brad diligently provided all the necessary documents/ info to pass on the lawyer/ financial institution and he made the process even more stress-free.
I would recommend Brad and his team in an instant. I’m not sure about others but I’ll reach out to Brad when its time for us to upsize.

Working with Brad exceeded all of our expectations. Brad was incredibly friendly and professional , he took the time to sit down with us and explain what we could expect during the buying and selling process. Brad always made himself available for us and was very patient never pressuring us to buy a home. The sale of our home went very well, we sold in 2 days and received well over asking. We had a great experience with Brad and highly recommend him to anybody who is looking for an honest, hard working and knowledgeable agent!

I have worked with Brad on two occasions. He was always extremely professional, personable, caring and truly demonstrated that he had my best interests at heart. I would highly suggest working with Brad for any realtor needs. I would not hesitate a second to use Brad again in the future.

Very patient with us, took a while to find the perfect home (us being picky) but Brad was determined and came through for us. Very flexible with our schedule he always made it feel like we came first.Highly recommended agent he wont give up until his clients are 100% satisfied
